Who does the FearLESS Living Fund help?
The FearLESS Living Fund aims to recognize, honor and support members of The Blind Center of Nevada who have taken initiative to make the Blind Center a better place for all who enter.
Our hope is that with resources from this fund, recipients can live more FearLESSly, inspire others and continue to help this community as they pay it forward.
A new housing complex adjacent to The Blind Center of Nevada is underway and within a couple years will provide affordable accessible housing for many in need. After the opening, the FearLESS Living Fund will award a year’s worth of housing to the scholarship recipient with the goal of eventually being able to sponsor more than one resident per year. In the interim, we will obtain information about the needs of the award recipient to ensure funds will tangibly improve their life (assistance with rent, monthly cell phone bill, replacement of essential items, etc.).
